## What is Psoas Reset Protocol?

Tight hips. A nagging lower back. A breath that will not go deep.
The psoas often stays “on”, even when you want to relax.
Each day opens the next. Yin, breath, sometimes tremor.

This is not a stretch library. Psoas Reset is the iPhone app for the 30-day Psoas Reset Protocol by Spiriators. Land, yin yoga, breathwork, sometimes tremor, a short note. Five minutes can be enough. The line is repetition, not forcing.

What’s inside
• A 30-day protocol, day by day, with a tracker
• Pose atlas, including Constructive Rest
• Breath timers: 4-6, 4-8 and 4-7-8 — two voices
• The book in the app: The Muscle of the Soul (Dutch and English)
• Guided videos for yin, breath and TRE, in Dutch and English

Days 1 and 2 stay open. Unlock the full protocol with a one-time App Store purchase or a monthly subscription (auto-renew via Apple ID). If you already have an activation code from spiriators.com, enter it under Unlock.

Psoas Reset is a wellness app, not a medical device and not medical advice. For acute pain, a hernia, recent surgery, or symptoms that persist, worsen, or are unexplained, consult a doctor or another qualified healthcare professional.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 1.0.7 — 2026-10-01

The eleven protocol videos now play in the English interface, as do the short notes on Today, day 2 and day 11. After you finish a day, an invitation the next morning; after five quiet days, a reminder. We ask for those only once the protocol has started.

### 1.0.6 — 2026-09-14

Breath timer: choose Johannes or Tessa as the voice; Tessa’s cues are a softer recording. Breath sessions follow the chosen language, with English voice cues in the English interface. Body mood: loose – soft – neutral – tight – held, with an explainer. Completing a day now asks for mood first. Video 11 (breath, yin and TRE) is replaced with the new recording.

### 1.0.5 — 2026-09-09

Three explainer videos: on day 00, extra on day 2 (above the replay), and in chapter 11. On Safety: video 8 (TRE) removed from the warning; the text stays.

### 1.0.4 — 2026-09-08

Protocol: the right video per day, ritual, Back returns to the day. Breath as a mode list (no studio timer); 4·6 free, 4·8 and 4-7-8 with unlock. After day 30: journal, mood, fireworks and round count. On More: disclaimer — not medical advice; see a doctor if symptoms persist. English interface: videos still spoken in Dutch; English-spoken versions later in October.

### 1.0.3 — 2026-09-08

No release notes.
