PSOC – Professionals and Students of Canada is a Directory of Job Referrals, not a job board.

Unlike LinkedIn or Indeed, PSOC isn’t built for recruiters — it’s for real people helping each other get referred. There are no job postings, only genuine peer connections.

Think of it like a phonebook — you open it to find a number; you open PSOC to find someone who can refer you.

For example, if you’re working at a coffee shop and aiming for a software engineering role, you don’t need to hide it. No recruiters are watching — just peers who can help you grow.
