## What is Psst?

Your phone finally talks back.

Psst is the anti-scroll app with a personality. Pick the apps you can't put down, and Psst nudges you at 15, 30 and 45 minutes, in the tone you choose:

• Gentle: a soft little hint.
• Blunt: straight to the point.
• Brutal: funny, sharp, no mercy (never mean).

THE 45-MINUTE BREAK (OPTIONAL)
Want a little help? Turn on the break and the app takes a pause for 15 minutes, 30 minutes or until midnight. Less punishing than a classic app blocker: you set it up, you stay in control.

WHAT YOU GET
• A named slot per app, so notifications say exactly where your time went.
• A home screen with your daily progress, your streak and the time you won back this week.
• A mascot whose mood follows your day.
• English and French.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything happens on your iPhone. No account, no server, no analytics, no tracking. Your Screen Time data never leaves your device.

SUBSCRIPTION REQUIRED
Psst is a paid app: every feature requires an active subscription. Choose the annual plan (best value, includes a 7-day free trial) or the monthly plan. Payment is charged to your Apple ID and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Manage or cancel anytime in your App Store settings. Psst uses Apple's Screen Time technology, which requires your authorization.
