So grateful this exists as it’s saved me a massive headache I was having with outlook and their terrible experience importing pst files on iOS.  

This was quick and easy to sort and can view old emails on my iPad with ease. 

The only improvement to make it better in my experience would be to add a quick scroll function for the inbox. I have many emails and scrolling on the left navigation is slow. The slider bar isn’t interactive unfortunately.

For anyone with the slightly specialised need to access an offline Outlook PST file from their phone or ipad, this is a near-perfect solution. One star deducted for an occasional crash when printing, but otherwise an exceptionally polished app that works as well as anyone could reasonably wish. It handles an enormous PST file (8GB) with ease and does so somewhat better than my Outlook desktop client, displaying emails that Outlook itself appears not to be able to find.

This 'orphan app' solved my problem.  I have twenty years of personal emails in a 7GB outlook.pst file on my windows desktop.  PST Mail syncs my outlook pst file between my iPad devices air and my iPhone and my windows 10 desktop.  I tested with the Lite version and quickly bought the paid version.  Don't have to carry my laptop anymore to have access to my archived mail.  Five stars!!

I needed this app since I had my iPad, I have 5 years worth of email history, and it's now all on my iPad.

Search works great, seems very fast, my files are very big!

All attachments are accessible, so all content is available.

Only improvement I could think of is it would be good if you could do a search across all pst files, and that now exists.

Never will I need to wish I had my laptop with me again.

This is my fav iPad app, so good, that this app alone makes it worth owning an iPad.

Downloaded the app to take and have access to my Outlook PST/email. Rather large file and locally stored for security. Worked like a charm.  Have not played with many features yet, but the his did allow me to leave the notebook home and travel light with my IPad Mini.

App is cool, but getting current PSTs synced isn't as easy as I had hoped. It doesn't work with Dropbox Business and the Windows app requires 32-bit Java.

I have had a need to access my years of emails stored offline in Outlook PST files. When I discovered this app, I immediately installed the free version, and after just a few short minutes, it appears to be exactly what I am looking for, so I upgraded to the paid version. I have assigned 4 stars just because of the sort time I have been using the app, and plan to update my reviews as I gain more experience. When installing, you should read the instructions carefully and follow the exact steps. For anyone using Outlook for emails and other purposes that are stored offline in PST files, I highly recommend trying this product.

Auch sehr große pst Dateien werden korrekt eingelesen. Dateianhänge lassen sich schnell öffnen. Die Suchfunktion ist gut.

Bought this because when we travel I want an iPad but have a 3Gb of legacy outlook mail with many folders and attachments in outlook pst files, which I made need to reference. This way I can leave the microsoft laptop at home and travel light with an ipad. Yet still have access to the pst archive. This is a good solution.

Einen Wunsch hätte ich jedoch noch. Innerhalb der Order die Sortierung umdrehen zu können. Also die aktuelle Mail z.B. oben, wenn nach Datum sortiert ist.

Great for accessing PST files offline when internet access is limited.  Nice and simple.

Tip for setting up over a network to PST Mail Sync (if it can't find your PC on its own).  The app needs a port number.  You can find it in the Preferences tab of PST Mail Sync - untick Automatic Port Selection and it will show you.  Please add this to the FAQs - took me a while to figure out.

Developer request: please allow PST Mail Sync to link to OST files too.  Or better still - direct to an Exchange account, as a 'syncable offline Exchange client'.  That would make this app so incredibly useful.

Ich war erst einmal zurückhaltend, als ich Mitteilungen über Probleme mit der App las. Der zu erwartende Vorteil war aber so gross, dass ich die 9€ ausgegeben habe (die einen ja nicht gerade ruinieren). Mein Fazit nach der Einrichtung:
Pst-Datei (3 GB gross)vom Laptop mit Hilfe der verfügbaren Synchronisationssoftware auf dem Laptop über eine WLAN-Verbindung mit dem Smartphone synchronisiert. Synchronisation kann jetzt einfach vom Smartphone aus durchgeführt werden. Voraussetzung: Outlook inkl. aller Outlook-Prozesse auf dem Laptop müssen geschlossen sein. Jetzt habe ich immer mein kpl. eMail-Archiv auf dem Smartphone, aufgrund der einfachen Synchronisation sogar aktuell. Und mit den passenden Viewern kann ich auch auf die Anhänge zugreifen und eMails bei Bedarf (auch inkl. Anhänge) weiterleiten. Was will ich mehr? Ich werde die App aber sicherheitshalber nicht updaten um kein Risiko einzugehen ;-)

I bought this app to open PST files.  After waiting patiently for the files to download,  I have not been able to open any PST files.  I keep getting a message, unable to open file.  Why?  If you cannot solve this, please refund my money immediately.

This is rather surprising and disappointing, when the iPad File app can read the flash drive but this PST Mail app cannot. This is critical for working on multiple platforms, which is the main purpose of being able to access pst files on iOS devices. Please kindly make it work. Thanks.

The app crashes when trying to sync more than one file from Dropbox.

File #1 syncs with no issue but it crashes while trying to initiate the syncing of File#2

I tried to get outlook contacts and email messages into pst mail but when you choose a message or a folder there is NO ADD BUTTON for dropbox.  it doesn't work at all a complete waste of my $10.  If they ever fix it and it might work I may reconsider but for now a complete waste of money.  

Downloaded the lite version and it did not work either.  Same problem no add button for Dropbox files or folders.

this app sounded incredible and a possible panacea for all WINTEL machine users who wished to travel light! unfortunately, whilst the sync vis Itunes worked, it is a statis file which keeps needing to be deleted on your Ipad and then readded to be updated. the PST mail sync app which is supposed to the job via a Windows machine just doesnt work. it just never syncs, tho it finds the computer and shows the right pst file in the sync window. tried contacting support to no avail.

Gekauft, 2 PST Datei hochgeladen um die Meldung "unable to read" zu bekommen - keine weitere Erklärungen,  keine Einstellungen möglich - weggeworfene Geld.
Auf die Web-Seite auch keine Hinweise auf mögliche Kompabilitatsprobleme.

Doesn't work at all with my pst v. 2007 - unable to read. No any help from help and description.

A total waste of money, don't buy this if you want to send or receive emails with it, because it doesn't do that even though it's sold as a mail program.

I bought this thinking you could send and receive emails hoping to get a better choice of fonts and add attachments etc for sending messages, which you are restricted with on the standard mail program.

Can I have my money back?

I got the app in order to view archived pst files on my iphone. It easily linked to pst files in OneDrive so no need to download them. It was easy to set these links up. When I then open the linked pst files on my phone, everything seems to be there including the original outlook folder hierarchy. All the original email attachments are there too. They even have a search facility.  So far it seems to be an excellent product for a low price.

Lange habe ich nach einer Möglichkeit gesucht meine Offline PST-Dateien auch unterwegs mit dem iPhone und iPad durchsuchen zu können. Diese App bietet genau das und noch mehr. Dass man auch noch auf gespeicherte Mails antworten oder sie weiterleiten kann, ist das i-Tüpfelchen. Zusammen mit der PST-Mail-Sync Funktion auf dem PC hat man immer die neuesten Stände der PST Files dabei. Ich kann diese App wirklich nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Love that there is an app for this on the App Store . 

Needs : 

1. More sync options other than Dropbox ( OneDrive , Google drive etc. ) or atleast the ability to pick a file from the files app. 
2. Better search tags similar to the stock mail app or the desktop outlook app.

PST Mail has instantly become one of the most important app on my iPhone. When my iPhone 6 mysteriously dumped 4 years of emails and left me with only empty folders, I discovered that iTunes does not backup email!  Since I have all of my email in Outlook on my desktop computer, I needed a way to put my emails back on my iPhone. That’s when I discovered PST Mail. In just a few minutes I was able transfer 9 GB of PST files to my iPhone - 146,561 emails in dozens of folders going back to 2001. Now instead of just the four years of emails received on my phone, I have almost two decades of history, with each PST’s folder structure intact. The search functions are excellent, allowing you to also search subfolders of a PST or all PSTs at once. Although the program does not send or receive email, you can forward or reply to emails within the app and they are queued up in the standard iPhone mail app.

If you have all of your email history converter into a pst file and are wondering how to be able to view that email history on your iPhone, this app will do the job. I am not able to connect it to outlook for iOS but that is ok. Just need the email history at my fingertips.

I just purchased it and I have a hard time to download my +2 Gig file. With direct google drive I wasn't able to access it. Even with other cloud. I work it around by using IOS Document5 and and the link from my google Drive cloud and it work.
Yes you can forward and reply. I use this app only to get access to my backup PST files from other jobs as reference.
All the email link email work to. 
Perfect for and IPad.
Bonus: search will look through all your PST different files, event if you have more then one
