## What is PSUSA Staff?

PSUSA Staff is the working app for the people who run Pride Sports USA: league managers, umpires and officials, scorekeepers, tournament crews, and event volunteers across 66 cities. Pride Sports USA is a national LGBTQ+ recreational sports league, and this is the app its managers and officials use on game day.

Sign in with your Pride Sports USA staff or manager account and your home screen becomes your workspace. You only see the tools you have been granted.

• Check-In — scan a player's license or their Player Code from the Pride Sports USA app to check them in at tournaments
• League Scores — enter scores for your league games, or point the camera at the paper scorecard and let it read the score in
• Scorekeeper — live scores on brackets and pool play at tournaments
• Subs — see the subs registered for your city and sports, and scan them in on game day
• Scorebook — keep the book for any game
• Messages — announcements from the league office plus your staff inbox
• Tournaments — upcoming events, promotion tools, and game-day tools
• Shipping — league shirt orders and store fulfillment
• Documents — rulebooks and staff handbooks, always current
• Point of Sale — sell merchandise at events (availability varies by role)

Who can sign in: accounts are issued by Pride Sports USA to its managers, officials, and staff. There is no public sign-up in the app. Want to run a league in your city? Apply at pridesportsusa.com/manager.

Built for security: every new phone must be approved with a code sent to the account holder before it can sign in, and the league office can review or remove a device at any time.

STAFF CHAT: your city's leaders, your sport's crew and your event volunteers each get their own room inside the Messages tab, with photos, replies, reactions and read receipts. The league office approves every person before they join a chat and can add or remove anyone at any time. Nobody ever has to share a phone number or email.
