### 5/5 — Fun but...

*2015-11-26*

Great game but the decisions you make don't really change the major storyline!!!!!! I love it but wish that it was longer too!!!!! Other than those comments it rocks and 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍

### 5/5 — Amazing!

*2015-11-22, version 1.0.3*

Really hoping for a part 2!

### 5/5 — Excellent!

*2015-11-15, version 1.0.3*

Another great story

### 5/5 — Amazing

*2015-07-20, version 1.0.3*

Worth the money, lots of replayability immersive every choice you make matters. Its like a choose your own adventure.

### 5/5 — Great entertainment

*2015-07-05, version 1.0.3*

Probably the most entertaining story I've read from start to finish.

### 5/5 — I Absolutely Loved The Game

*2015-06-27, version 1.0.3*

It was really good! I loved that you had choices on if you were gay,Bi or straight!

### 5/5 — Great game!

*2015-06-16, version 1.0.3*

So awesome. Wish it was WAY longer.

### 5/5 — Awesome

*2015-04-07, version 1.0.3*

If you're into stories focused on character development, the paranormal or teenage drama, would totally recommend. Could probably do with one or two more romance options, but the game is still awesome without.

### 5/5 — Perfect

*2015-03-13*

The creators deserve so much recognition

### 5/5 — Loves it

*2015-01-03, version 1.0.3*

This game is so amazing. I loved it so much. I planned to play it in parts but the story was is interesting I just had to know what happened. I love you games keep it up :)

### 4/5 — Very good

*2015-01-02, version 1.0.3*

A very well written game, however there are a few typos here and there and it is on the short side. There are plenty romance options each unique. Overall very satisfied.

## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated)

### 1/5 — Not too thrilled

*2015-01-03, version 1.0.3*

I wish this game allowed you to choose your psychic ability and you didn't play the role of a 16 year old..

### 2/5 — Not bad, but not good either.

*2015-05-19*

The description had implied more than what the game offered, and the story itself offers a, mediocre at best, heavy-handed story about the power of the individual.

The bad guys are too obviously bad guys and the good guys seemingly do no wrong. I would have preferred a stronger story. All in all not worth it's price but it isn't terrible.

### 2/5 — Not the best CoG story...

*2015-01-22*

For one, it's the cliche of the grumpy old teachers turning rowdy students into well-behaved zombies. While that isn't exactly bad, the author didn't manage to pull any real excitement for the story. After playing the Hero Rise Trilogy, I began to appreciate the suspense and high risk situations with a creative and original spin. The author of this story fails to give detail where it would be beneficial, skips over parts of the story that would give it more interest. These mistakes and overlooks result in a story that isn't exactly under thrilling or bad, but very plain and vanilla. All in all, this story is an overly generic high school story with highly overused stereotypes that make it seem much less realistic (even though you're a clairvoyant).

### 3/5 — Good

*2014-12-18, version 1.0.1*

This app is really good, but there are still things bad about it. It is way too short and too expensive. No one is going to pay over $3 for a game that lasts about 1 hour. Also annoying how you have to pay for every other story, when for this price, they should be all together. There are apps like this that are free and have more and longer stories! Great app but make it cheaper.

### 4/5 — I wish it could continue

*2020-07-15*

After the junior prom and everything I wish that it would let you play your senior year of high school so that before you play the summer camp one you actually get to see if you end up dating someone before going.

### 4/5 — Good game but can’t stay with my crush

*2017-11-25*

This is one of my favorite CoGs because you have magic abilities in high school, however i rated 4 stars for a reason. It’s a bit difficult to destroy the vinculum and foil the principals plans but it is completely IMPOSSIBLE to keep your relationship intact with your crush. She/he either dumps you when you lie to her/him about your powers, or she/he dumps you after saving Mackenzie. I spent so much time on this trying to do everything right, but it was all to no avail! Maybe it’s just extremely hard, but for me it was unbeatable

### 4/5 — Was hoping for more

*2016-02-10*

In all honesty the reason why this gets 4 stars is that the story forces you to be a certain magic thing instead. Of giving the reader the choice of which power they could choose

### 4/5 — Update

*2015-06-22, version 1.0.3*

1) update with him in college and situations

### 4/5 — Cute game lacks ending

*2015-03-13*

This was a very good game and had lots of potential but sadly it's one of those games that just stops on a page. You play the story and it's fun but the endings are sudden and lack luster.
The story is open for a possible sequel and I will read it regardless if it's made.

### 4/5 — Goodstuff

*2015-01-16*

Helped me retain my sanity during a long journey

## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated)

### 5/5 — I love the magic and the romance!

*2021-07-13*

I do, however, wish there could be more epic magical showdowns between us and the principal

Also, my date in the game is going to Oberlin!??! I’m literally at Oberlin right now. Wow. I wish I could see him in real life! Haha.

### 5/5 — The Best

*2020-07-22*

This is by far my favorite choice game. I’ve played a lot of them and this is one of the best written, avoiding most of the usual pitfalls of the writing style in these games, as well it’s choices seem more impactful than some (if not most) of the others.

It’s a decent length (though I wouldn’t mind if it were longer), and at no point is it ever a chore to get through. If you’re a fan of this genre of game it’s a must play, and if you haven’t played one before it’s a good first.

I easily recommend this game!

### 5/5 — One of the best Choice of Games titles

*2019-06-06, version 1.1.3*

A terrific set of characters, engaging scenario and entertaining writing makes this probably my favourite CoG game. Two thumbs up.

### 5/5 — Wish I could save

*2018-07-02, version 1.1.3*

It's really fun, very Veronica Mars lite, but I would play it way more if I could save.

### 5/5 — Love It!

*2018-06-29*

This is the first Choice of Games I played, (now have played almost all), and remains one of my favorites. I like the ones with more dealings in this reality for when I don’t feel up to/don’t have the concentration for one of the more complicated Choice of Games. Please make more like this!

### 5/5 — Couldn't Be Better

*2017-12-04*

:D

### 5/5 — great

*2017-03-06, version 1.0.3*

I know a lot of people say this isn't the best CoG game, but I really think its up there. I don't know what it is, but this one is really captivating. Great game.

### 5/5 — Favourite

*2017-01-22, version 1.0.3*

10/10

### 5/5 — Very fun. Worth replaying

*2016-12-08, version 1.0.3*

I enjoyed this game a lot. One of my favorites. Rarely did my choices feel like they didn't matter.

### 5/5 — Great game (Spelling Error)

*2016-04-14, version 1.0.3*

On the part about the pep rally party it says "makes out" I'm pretty sure it should be make outs. Didn't bother me at all just a heads up.
