Thought is was worth a try.  Two attempts and it fails to activate.  No reason, no guidance, no nothing.

PsychChart is a terrific non-subscription based psychology EMR. It is a robust program and fully featured for intakes, ongoing patient notes, accounting, and scheduling. It's back up, and archiving functions are excellent. I understand that the software will soon interface with iCloud for even more seamless backups, reducing the application's already small-footprint. I've interacted with the developer several times, and he is always responsive and helpful. I strongly recommend that psychologists, psychiatrists, LMFTs, LCSWs, and PPCs try this free-standing application before shelling out money for a subscription service.

I love this app! I can create a new Clt intake and tx plan in just a few minutes! Making a new progress note is also amazingly easy, just a few clicks I can can show Clt progress, and there is a place to quickly describe the session. 
I have had a couple of insurance reviews and this made it so easy to provide the info.
I have had a couple of questions and the developer is quite responsive and helpful.
Highly recommend this app.
