The app doesnt allow me to log in or make an account so i cant even start a chat

This app is terrible ! My question has been sent on 11 August , I have sent multiple emails to support no response  and no answer to my question a month later 😡
 I purchased a package and tried to call each and every psychic available multiple times and different times ! None ever picked up ! Tried to contact support and my email surprisingly won’t send ! 😡😡😡 Do not waste your money 😡
