Once you enter in your credit card information they will charge you without providing goods or services, and refuse to reverse the charges.
I received multiple $200 charges at 3am and 4am in the morning on dates and times where did not have appointments. I am currently disputing the charges with my credit card company.
PsychOnline also does not provide an option to erase your credit card or payment information.
