This seems like a bad setup for a mental health platform. ### 1/5 — Trouble logging *2026-07-13* Hello, I’m having trouble logging into the Psych Plus app. It says “Credential Error” every time I try to sign in, even though I’m using my account information. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I also tried resetting my password, but I’m still getting the same error.
