The platform works for the call but afterwards it's pretty much impossible to connect with any provider. This seems like a bad setup for a mental health platform.

Hello, I’m having trouble logging into the Psych Plus app. It says “Credential Error” every time I try to sign in, even though I’m using my account information. Could you please help me resolve this issue? I also tried resetting my password, but I’m still getting the same error.

I’m not sure how this horrible of an app can even be used for anything medical. Loading takes 5+ minutes every time you swipe anywhere, can’t add in insurance, can’t message your providers, auto adds appointments for days you’re not even available. Almost unusable. I love my provider but oh my gosh, i don’t even wanna use this because of this absolute garbage app

Doctors listed are not doctors. Appts made and cancelled by them with no notice. One changed my meds, vanished and I’m now 2 days late for refill. Reporting to appropriate federal agencies.

After the last update this app will not even open on my S25 Ultra (via play store) or my iPad (via the app store). Every time I try to open it it comes up with a white screen for a split second and then minimizes it. I even tried closing the app, uninstalling uninstalling and reinstalling and still had the same experience

As the title says, after the last update this app will not open for me at all! It was working well before this update rolled out :( please fix this soon! I do not like having to use the website, as it isn’t optimized for mobile.

The app itself & website doesn’t allow any direct messaging your doctor. This means something as simple as requesting a refill or change is a hassle. You’ll have to call the general phone number who will have to relay the message to the doctor which can take up to several days for a response. Its only use is for virtual appointments & reminders.

Watch out for doctors who use this service. Read patient reviews as there are numerous open investigations and complaints. PsychPlus is a foreign answering service. You cannot schedule an appointment unless you provide your credit card number. PsychPlus has overcharged many patients. They are over billing insurance companies. You can not remove your credit card from the app until you provide a new card number.  

PsychPlus charged my insurance nearly $1,100 for a phone call appointment that was all of 4 minutes!

I signed up to use their services but this app crashes a lot on both ios and android. Every time i try to search for a therapist for a specific date it gives me options for the today not the date I selected, also when i try to change the date it freezes and i have forced closed the app and start all over again, that happens on both versions.
