app does not work

It's a psychrometric app. You input two conditions for a point, and it will locate it on the psychrometric chart.... it will give properties at that given point.... but that's about it. They show a screen shot, where the app appears to show the process line for an air conditioning cycle. That image is completely fake! It will not give you a process line. You have to know the conditions of the return air, the outside air, the mixed air, and the leaving coil temperature. There's no input for the sensible heat ratio, there's nothing to this app to justify the price. This app does nothing but plot points on a chart. I should have spent my money on the lottery....

**Developer response:** Sorry to hear that you are unhappy with the app. The App will show process lines (cooling coil, air mixing, sensible heating/cooling). To change the process type, create at least two state points. Then, either tap once to highlight the end state point, and select the "Edit" icon at the bottom of the screen or double tap the state point to bring up the Edit State Point dialog. Change the "Type" of the process. Choices are Point, Cooling Coil, Connect State Point, Air Mixing, Sensible Heating/Cooling. It will then display the process lines based on the data you input. Sorry if this is not easily discoverable!

The App is good and accurate, but the problem is the price for what you are given. You can print the chart graph, but there is not report on the state points in the print out which makes it useless to print out for a report or to give out to anyone. If you could print the graph along with all the state points it would be a 5 star. Also the printed chart does not show the enthalpy, or the SHR, or specific volume, or pressure of water. It is a very plan chart. It should have all the values a psychrometric has on it

I like this app and am enjoying it’s functionality. A few things I would like to see are the ability to change the positions of labels, so they don’t overlap, and the ability to save and re-open specific charts I’ve made.

**Developer response:** Glad the app is working well for you. The labels can be moved. To move, select a label by tapping (will turn red). Then hold and drag the label to the desired location. Also, you can save and restore multiple charts on the device. The list of saved charts can be displayed by swiping from the left edge of the screen to the right, or by selecting "Charts" in the upper left corner.

Doesn’t show grains of moisture

**Developer response:** The app can indeed show grains per pound of dry air for humidity ratio. Go into settings and change the units for Humidity Ratio to grains/lb, rather than the default lb/lb. Grains of moisture per pound of dry air will now display.
