*2025-06-29, version 5.2.11*

I've been going to the gym regularly for a while, but one of the challenges I’ve faced is knowing how to add variety to my workouts and ensure I’m using the correct technique. The PT Buddy app has been great in that regard.

The app offers a wide range of exercises, making it easy to switch things up and keep my routine fresh. Each exercise comes with a clear, easy to understand breakdown, which is incredibly helpful especially if you’re unsure about proper form or trying something new for the first time

In find PT buddy very valuable as it means my workouts are structured and I can focus on my programme . It is very useful that there are photos of each exercise so you can ensure your preforming it correctly. The app is easy to use and I like that I can make amendments to my weights. The app helps me keep accountable.

### 5/5 — Keeps me connected to my trainer

*2022-12-30, version 5.0.6*

Really easy to use, great to see images of the exercises to check you are doing them correctly.

You can see archived sets too if needed to see how you are progressing.

Helps me feel connected to my PT and he/she/them can keep track of what I have been doing and update the weights in real time during our session.

Gives me a sense of achievement, as well as my PT 😃

### 5/5 — Easy to use & a great tool

*2022-11-08, version 5.0.4*

App works really well and is a fantastic tool to reference what exercises I need to do and how to do them. Also has functionality to amend weight etc so I always have up to date information on my rep ranges and what I’m lifting, which can then be altered when I’m ready to move up. It’s like having your PT in your pocket and really structure your work outs without any of the effort of doing it yourself. My trainer inputs everything for me which means I can just focus on smashing my workout!

### 5/5 — Great motivator

I recently started using the app and it’s really helped me to do effective focused training. Training programs are individually designed by my trainer and updated as I make progress. Instructions are clear with helpful photos and easy navigation. Now I’m making the most of each visit to the gym which motivates me to keep going.
