## Version history (last 5 releases)

### 3.1.2 — 2026-09-12

Fixed:
- Fixed a crash in the routine wizard when linking a newly added, drag-reordered exercise into an existing group.
- Exiting a routine before it finishes now saves a partial session instead of discarding your progress.
- Fixed grouping two adjoining exercises in the routine wizard not reliably merging them, which could make an exercise disappear from the list.
- Fixed the quit confirmation not appearing when exiting a paused routine.
- Fixed the exercise-start cue sound never playing for the Trill Riser option.
- Fixed deleting an exercise at the end of a group incorrectly merging the next group into it.

### 3.1.0 — 2026-09-01

New:
- Exercise names typed in the routine wizard are now automatically title-cased as you type them.

Fixed:
- Removed the routine share button - it opened an empty share sheet and didn't actually work.
- The routine wizard silently discarding unsaved changes when swiped away; it now asks first.
- Exercises in the routine wizard can now actually be reordered by dragging.
- Added a way to set Sequence, Circuit, or Random order for a routine's exercises in the wizard - every routine used to save as Sequence no matter what.
- The "Next:" label showing the previous exercise instead of the next one after pausing.
- The timer silently dismissing a running workout when swiped away; it now asks first if the workout is still active.
- Settings screen sections and pickers crowding the screen edges with no breathing room.

### 3.0.0 — 2026-08-26

New:
- Build and edit routines with a new guided, step-by-step wizard, with a running estimated duration as you go.
- History now groups sessions by day with clearer summaries, including totals shown in days and hours for longer ranges.
- Share a routine with someone else via a link, and import routines that were shared with you.
- Added a way to send feedback or report a problem from Settings.

Fixed:
- The workout timer occasionally showing over 100% complete at the end of a routine.
- The "Pair Bilateral Exercises" setting doing nothing for Circuit and Random routines - it now works for every routine order.
- Editing an existing routine: the routine list could go stale, and multi-exercise elements could be silently flattened when saved.
- The periodic feedback survey, which wasn't loading or recording responses.

### 2.2 — 2026-05-12

Exercise order is now configurable when editing a routine element. You can choose between Sequence, Circuit, and the new Random order directly from the Edit Element screen — this option was previously missing from the interface.

Random exercise order. When you set an element to Random, the app shuffles the exercises into a surprise order at the start of each session and repeats that order each set. Great for keeping your routine feeling fresh.

Bilateral exercises stay together. When doing a Sequence routine, bilateral exercises (ones performed on both sides of the body, like a single-leg stretch) now complete one set on the left side immediately followed by one set on the right, before moving on to the next set. No more doing all your left-side sets before switching to the right. This is the default behavior and can be turned off in Settings under "Pair Bilateral Exercises."

### 2.1 — 2026-04-20

This update fixes several issues reported after the last release and adds a highly-requested improvement to exercise management.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where tapping any routine immediately after opening the app would open the wrong routine. The correct routine now opens every time.
- Fixed a thin white border that appeared around the app icon on the home screen.
Improvements

Routines are now listed in alphabetical order for easier navigation.
- A search bar has been added to the exercise selection screen, making it easy to find a specific exercise by typing any part of its name.
