This is an investment to good health and living pain free! Dr. Adam McCluskey is great and always keeps this app updated with new exercises. He’s helped me strength and stability with my shoulder and knee issues. His mobility and stretches are my favorite. Detailed videos and informative programs are easy to follow along. God Bless PT Initiative
