## What is PT ROOM?

Welkom bij de PT ROOM app. Deze app is speciaal voor onze leden en hier heb je dus een inlogcode voor nodig. PT ROOM is een personal training club waar jouw doelstelling centraal staat. In deze app worden je resultaten bijgehouden, staan op maat gemaakte trainingsschema’s en kunnen jouw trainingen geboekt en/ of geannuleerd worden. 
Naast de PT sessies biedt ons concept ook Small Group Training en Online Training aan. Op deze manier richten we in samenspraak met jou een volledige trainingsweek in.

Bij PT ROOM werken we met Teambeats. Deze tool geeft onze trainers de mogelijkheid om te coachen op hartslagzones. In deze app kan je dus ook bijhouden welke progressie je boekt op het gebied van jouw trainingsintensiteit.

Log MOVEs manually or sync with other apps such as Apple Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitness-Pal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag and Withings.
