To facilitate the telecom users, PTA has launched Mobile App of Complaint Management System (CMS). I tried multiple times in different timings with same result. I came to Pakistan 1.5 weeks ago and my phone stopped working whereas overseas Pakistanis who are on vacations can use their cellphones for 3 months I think.
