Like when i need to see immediately it doesn’t show. But were the locations of the buses are pretty accurate. ### 1/5 — Horrible *2024-04-15* Everytime I have to use the app I have to delete it and redownload it just for it to work one time. I think the worst part is that the team who runs the app hasn't made it any better in the year since the update was put out. SLOW. *2022-10-20* The app was fine before all the updates, now it takes at LEAST 10 minutes to open the freaking app, which is counterproductive since most use the app the check where the bus is in reference to their stop. It never loads with or without Wi-Fi causing students to be late to class. This app never tracks all the buses that are actually driving around so missing the bus happens frequently. Not a single one did and on the app every single bus shows to be camped out at the transfer station. Communication is slim to none. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2022-02-02* One of the worst designed transit apps I’ve ever used. It literally has not worked for 3 straight days now. I open the app, it hangs on the title screen, and nothing happens. And the recent change to the UI is trash. Complete garbage. When it works, it does the bare minimum for what it is but most of the time it’s experiencing some sort of issue like failing to load your favorited stops or covering functions in the app with alerts that can’t be dismissed ### 1/5 — Legit just doesn’t work *2025-08-17, version 4.13.0* The app just doesn’t work 90% of the time ### 1/5 — Clunky and not well maintained *2025-06-02* Spotty. Sometimes you have to open it several times to actually get it to load. Time updates are inaccurate at times. Poor communication when schedules change due to holidays and summer semester. It’s difficult to fine which buses service the stops you want. Basically you have to open every and see what stops it services instead of being able to search an area for stops or open a stop and see what buses stop there. ### 1/5 — Crashes every single time *2025-04-25* This app crashes every time I open it. I don’t know why! My phone is updated, I’ve deleted and redownloaded the app. I cannot see where the buses are and that means I’m perpetually missingbuses because the posted schedules are often off by +/-15 minutes. The only changes I’ve noticed in this update is that all of my saved stops were erased and I’m unable to favorite any stops now ### 1/5 — So bad *2024-08-27* This is the first review I’ve ever written because I am so sick of this app not functioning. I have defended it when it actually somewhat worked in the past but now that it doesn’t get past the loading screen I’m fed up. Missed multiple busses because of this. Don’t expect students to get to class on time if they can’t rely on public transport. The tuition we pay should be able to cover such a small necessity when you can’t rely on the written, physical schedules posted at each stop. ### 1/5 — Unusable *2024-08-23* Complete trash. All it does is hang on the initial screen pretending to load. Transit app doesn’t have live tracking of the buses the way this one would if it worked… but at least it works. ## Most praised reviews (10 highest-rated) ### 5/5 — Works good but *2020-01-13, version 1.6.5* Loading predictions... ### 5/5 — Excellent Idea *2018-09-25, version 1.0* This is an excellent idea for all transit since there is a high demand for the riders to schedule around knowing when the transit may actually arrive and if there are delays. There is only one bug I’ve found in the software and that’s when clicking on a bus stop, viewing the busses that are coming, when I select one of those inbound busses, it often displays a blank screen while it is intended to display the rout and the current bus location. It often only works to see where the bus is located if I go back to the main page and view the routes and then select a rout. ### 5/5 — Pretty accurate and convenient *2018-02-10, version 1.0* This app is so convenient. It used to be that I would have to go online all the time. With this app in hand, I don't have to anymore! It shows you all the available bus routes, can set alarms/notifications of when the next 2 buses are coming (useful for morning rides), and how full it is (Ex: This bus is 25% full). There are times, not a whole lot, that it can take a minute to show where the buses are with the icons but regardless, it still gives you an estimate arrival so it still works out! The only thing I would like to see to give this app that 5th star would be to see the bus is location on a GPS map like the where’s my bus used too. I tried restarting my phone and re-installing the app, but the app is still not working. When I try to open the app it just closes out. I can’t even get to the loading screen. Usually this app works very well for me. I really depend on this app so please fix this error. ### 3/5 — Serviceable *2023-09-28* It works well about half the time. 45% of the time, it doesn’t locate the bus, so it just tells you what time the bus is scheduled to be there, which is at least a few minutes off. The remaining 5%, the app takes too long to load (>10 minutes) and you just have to guess (or check online). ### 3/5 — Latest Update Works *2022-02-23* The latest update fixes the freezing opening screen issue, which is good. ### 3/5 — Strange & buggy *2021-09-20* The recently updated app is better than nothing, but it takes a long time to load & doesn’t offer a consistent or reliable view of updated times. I try to plan ahead when getting to & from work, but this app makes planning ahead difficult. I’m glad I have a paper schedule. Two things I miss : 1) The real-time information, where you could see where your bus was on the rout seems to have disappeared, & 2) only the very next time for a stop on a route will reliably display (sometimes you may see two times if you’re lucky), so if you know you’re going to miss your bus it’s hard to tell when the next one will be along without waiting for new times to load. --- *Data collected daily from the US App Store and indexed by [AppsHunter](https://appshunter.io/).
