I pay the ridiculous monthly fee to access my missed ones to keep practicing but the worst part is the fact I have caught so many errors on an app I pay for, I’ve reported them multiple times. And they are never fixed. I’m pretty disappointed. Ex: takes 1-2 day or 24-48 hours, both are the same thing. Or find the mode and there are equal amount of 4 and 8 showing. It stopped tracking my stats and no longer shows the questions I missed, which are key features I rely on. I’ve paid for the app, so I’m not sure why this is happening. I tried reaching out to support several times and only received one response asking follow-up questions, but never got any resolution after that. Due to the ongoing issue and poor customer service, I’ve canceled my subscription.
