When paying through credit card pay button stays green until you enter all payment details, and when everything is entered correctly pay button is disabled and deactivated. Makes absolutely no sense, looks like developers had less sleep due to load shedding

Worst app by Pakistan largest telecom company. It will never allow you to sign up, let alone the app utility. On registration screen it says special characters not allowed for password creation. When you proceed, it shows error on following screen that at least one special character is mandatory in password. If you go back to previous screen and adjust password it will show error on same screen without any details/description. I created a new email account just to give another try and sign up but same idiotic error cycle.

Everyone please don’t waste your time. It will never register you. Always error and will crash sooner or later.
PTCL is just another sunken ship. So don’t waste your time and money.
App developers must have been some PARCHI guys. They can’t even make such a small app in working condition.

So the app tells me I can not use special characters in my password but the notification says I need to use the special characters. Why? Why can’t you guys fix this simple issue?? What is taking so long???

Hi,

I have an iPhone 12 Pro on iOS 17.1.2.

I had been using the PTCL Touch app for many years; however, for the last several months every time I try to log in the app crashes. I have deleted and reinstalled the app several times, but to no avail.

### 1/5 — Absolute Signup Disaster

At first, everything seems ok. You install the app. It asks you to sign up. You fill in all the details and choose the password as per the requirements. It sends OTP to your mobile which you receive right away. Now it’s time to enter the OTP and that’s where the absolute disaster begins. Your password needs to have a special character as opposed to what it said at the signup “No Special Characters.” Now you wait half an hour and try again. You go through the whole process again and end up with the same result.
It seems everyone having the same problem for over the year and yet it persists which brings me to the next point, “terrible administration.” Whoever was responsible for creating the app did a terrible job, and unfortunately, they are not liable to answer anyone because the company they work for is running on public tax money.

Like many others I also haven’t been able to create an account on the app. It keeps on asking for special characters, letters and numbers no matter what I enter. 
There’s no subscribed package information of flash fiber as well.
