And they support system doesn’t answer you in the timeline they have mentioned. ### 1/5 — Very Disappointing Experience *2025-11-04, version 2.5* I purchased the Gurully app hoping it would help me improve my language skills, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Within the first hour of using it, I realized the content and design were not worth the price. I contacted their support team to request a refund, but it was declined. Instead, they offered me a 10% discount, which I found unhelpful given my experience. I’m disappointed that such poor customer service is being supported on the App Store. I hope the developers take user feedback seriously and work to improve both the app’s quality and refund policy. ### 1/5 — The algorithm is trash *2025-06-29, version 2.5* I have practiced a few tests and no matter how I speak it gives me a full score. It does not check for proper pause, rhythm or pronunciation anything. It basically checks if I have read the text as it is which is the bare minimum. It does not even deserve one star. ### 1/5 — Not accepting underscore in email id. *2024-08-09, version 1.2* While loggin into the App it is not accepting underscore in the email id. Hence I am unable get into my account. ### 4/5 — Good as a base but differs from real test *2026-01-27, version 2.5* In October 2025 I started to use this platform to prepare for the PTE academic exam.The structure of tasks was the same as later in the exam with little discrepancies.But the evaluation in Gurully is way too harsh.I could barely score 75 and made me frustrated,as it was clear that is some tasks my answer was better than the proposed higher scored answer from others.The algorithms of evaluation in Gurully do not correspond to real PTE test.In the end I scored 90 at test thanks to preparation opportunity but the evaluation should be improved to make it closer to PTE ### 4/5 — good, but writing Ai doesn`t seem to work anymore *2024-11-21, version 2.2* I really like the app to study. The AI grading is fast, but it seems that the AI doesn`t grade the writing tasks correctly. Whenever I write something myself that doesnt have any errors in it I get 0 points in total for everything. Only when I copy the exact same answer from people in the community (including spelling mistakes) I get some points at all. Even if I copy their answer and change the spelling mistakes the AI gives me 0 points again, even tho the original answer with the mistakes was 6 points or smth. Could this be due to the recent update? Otherwise I like the app and the ability to see community answers! ### 5/5 — Highly recommended *2024-08-31, version 1.4* The app is really good for practice. It really helped me in practicing from anywhere. And the interface is smooth.
