No google account sign in on web
Weird how they don’t have the google sign in on the mobile apps but have it on registration, making this apps totally useless for users that previously register using PC with google/apple/meta accounts
Bad application
If u try to upgrade ur account, all of ur process will get lost and they don’t even warn u about this.
And they support system doesn’t answer you in the timeline they have mentioned.

Good as a base but differs from real test
In October 2025 I started to use this platform to prepare for the PTE academic exam.The structure of tasks was the same as later in the exam with little discrepancies.But the evaluation in Gurully is way too harsh.I could barely score 75 and made me frustrated,as it was clear that is some tasks my answer was better than the proposed higher scored answer from others.The algorithms of evaluation in Gurully do not correspond to real PTE test.In the end I scored 90 at test thanks to preparation opportunity but the evaluation should be improved to make it closer to PTE

Very Disappointing Experience
I purchased the Gurully app hoping it would help me improve my language skills, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet my expectations. Within the first hour of using it, I realized the content and design were not worth the price. I contacted their support team to request a refund, but it was declined. Instead, they offered me a 10% discount, which I found unhelpful given my experience. I’m disappointed that such poor customer service is being supported on the App Store. I hope the developers take user feedback seriously and work to improve both the app’s quality and refund policy.

The algorithm is trash
I have practiced a few tests and no matter how I speak it gives me a full score. It does not check for proper pause, rhythm or pronunciation anything. It basically checks if I have read the text as it is which is the bare minimum. It does not even deserve one star.
