They automatically deducted 2 months' renewal without any prior notice or reminder after my plan ended. When I cancelled and asked for my money back, they flat out denied the refund. The entire system seems designed to trap users into paying without consent. I have been trying to access my account and reset my password for hours. The website tells me that my email is linked to Apple Sign In and that I must use Apple to continue. However, there is no Apple Sign In option available on the login page. Because of this issue, I am completely locked out of my account and unable to access the services I paid for. I have wasted a significant amount of time trying to resolve this problem. The system is confusing, poorly maintained, and does not provide a working solution for users who are linked to Apple Sign In. Customer support should address this issue urgently. I would like my subscription cancelled immediately and I expect a prompt response regarding access to my account. I can’t even access the practice tests or strategies, which makes the subscription feel pointless. This is very frustrating and honestly unacceptable. When I reach out an agent through whats app she said she discussing this with team and still I am waiting it’s almost 1 week.
