## What is Pteah Eco?

Pteah Eco ("home") brings everything about your home in Cambodia into one app: finding a place to rent or buy, booking trusted help, and keeping the home you live in running smoothly.

FIND A HOME TO RENT OR BUY
• Rooms, studios, apartments, condos, villas, townhouses, shophouses and land across Cambodia
• Verified landlords, and the true monthly cost before you commit
• Search by area, street, budget and bedrooms, or browse on the map
• Save homes and searches to come back to
• Request a viewing or message the landlord directly

ASK PTEAH TONSAY (AI)
• Ask in English, Khmer or Chinese: "a 2-bedroom condo in BKK1 under $700", "a trusted plumber near me", "how much did I spend on bills?"
• Get matching homes, services or your own home records, with the reason each one matched

BOOK TRUSTED HOME SERVICES
• Plumbers, electricians, AC cleaning and repair, home cleaning and more
• See prices, reviews and verified providers, then book in a few taps
• Follow every booking from request to finished job

LOOK AFTER YOUR HOME
• Keep rooms, bills, documents, appliances and warranties together
• Photograph a bill and it fills itself in
• Track maintenance and know when your AC is due for service
• Invite your household, and hand a home over when you move on

### 1.3.1 — 2026-09-24

What's new in 1.3.1

- Search that leads somewhere. The search screen now suggests ways in that have homes behind them, counted as you look — no more opening a search that finds nothing.
- Homes like this one. Every listing ends with comparable places nearby, so you can weigh one against another without starting over.
- For you. The home page keeps a row picked from the places you've been opening.
- Hand a sold home to its buyer. When a place changes hands, its documents, bills and service history can go with it.
- Review a home when you leave it. Tenants can now write up a place at the end of living there.
- Clearer and quicker. Sold homes close their open viewings, unpublished listings say they're drafts, saved searches keep their filters, and host and listing pages open noticeably faster.

### 1.3 — 2026-09-08

A steadier, quicker Pteah.

Messaging is faster and more dependable. Searching, browsing and the map are smoother and easier to read. Homes open sooner, use less data and are kinder to your battery.

Alongside that, dozens of smaller fixes across the app — from signing in to saving a home you like.

Thank you for renting, hosting and living with Pteah.

### 1.2 — 2026-08-23

Pteah now looks after the home you live in, not only the one you are looking for.

My Home keeps a house together in one place: its rooms, the people who have access, its equipment and warranties, its documents, and the work it needs. Nothing here is public, and none of it asks for a title deed to get started.

Bills are easier to keep. Photograph one and the readings and amounts fill themselves in, so you can see what the house actually costs and be reminded on the day something is due.

Homes for sale sit beside homes to rent, priced as a sale rather than by the month, and each one says what title it holds.

Khmer and Chinese have the room they need throughout, maps gather nearby places instead of crowding, and results arrive a page at a time.

Thank you for renting, hosting and living with Pteah.

### 1.1 — 2026-08-04

Pteah is smoother, clearer and easier to trust.

Hosting now revolves around a calendar. Your viewings, move-ins and lease endings sit together in one view, so nothing slips and you always know who is coming.

Finding a home feels better too. Photos and maps respond the way you expect, and the app reads properly in Khmer and Chinese — prices, dates and property details included.

Everything important is clearer. Confirmations explain what happens next, and anything final asks before it acts.

Faster sign-in, steadier performance and dozens of fixes throughout.

Thank you for renting and hosting with Pteah.
