Download P-TEE to have access to the largest network of personal Trainers, an extensive library of workouts and training programs at your fingertips with meal plans to help attain your fitness goals.  

We are rapidly extending our on-demand personal training service to other cities in Nigeria and Africa at large. We are connecting qualified fitness professionals with different skills and specialties to clients and users all over who are in need of reliable and vetted professionals from a trusted source.

Our workout plans range from free one day workouts to paid full-length programs with bodyweight home workouts to full on gym routines and cover different goals, training styles, and need to ensure each user gets the best out of our app!

Our meal plan section comes with free recipes and daily guides to paid weekly meal plans with different calorie requirements and training targets to go hand in hand with the workouts!

We’ll be giving regular software updates to improve our user experience!
