Occasionally the app just won’t open - even if it is totally up to date.

I go to 2 gyms and n my area, both use this app for some reason and I can’t swap between them to see classes at each or even sign out of one into the other.

This app is great, I found everything I wanted, BUT only 3 stars, because after my trial has ended, I lost my access to the app. Guys, sometimes people try trial and then they decide if they want to subscribe or not. But this is rude: I had my work schedule in the account, my finances, and you cut all the access only because I didn’t wanted to pay. You could better cut all the functions, but left me access, cause I didn’t even knew who I will train tomorrow! You frame people! And 70 dollars a month is too much, true!

I’m just a trainee and just use it to confirm attendance of each class. But even I can see the UI is confusing with too much clutter, with menus and pages that look the same. If it wasn’t for a change in the indicated fee I would have booked the wrong classes.

I have to say the setup process worried me a bit too. I could not understand what they were asking for when trying to locate my trainer in the search boxes. I started to wonder if the app was genuine because they seemed to be struggling with English, and it requires a LOT of personal information. Right down to date of birth. I don’t see why they need that from me?

I contacted support via chat, PTMinder Tech could not provide instructions nor a screenshot of how to delete an expired card after I add a new one. Tech kept asking for my card, other info which is irrelevant to the issue, nor necessary for instructions on the app issue. I have the current version which is 6 months old. The proprietors did not remove or change any app payment features. Please provide current detailed instructions on how to delete an expired card, or update the app version so there is an option to delete like a trash can icon.

Before I downloaded this app I tried to find any info in AppStore about this App’s subscriptions. Developers don’t even send it via email after you create an account with them. Yes, app is super easy to use and has great interface. Works well although has some minor bugs. 
I spent 2 hours filling in my data (I run tiiiiny private lessons business with only me as a staff member) and they finally sent me email HINTING that I am using a trial version of this app and NO additional info. I feel like I’d been hacked or tricked. So disrespectful for customers. Ok, I went online (yes, I had to goggle it!) and found out that it’s soooo expensive that there is no way I can afford it. 
What a waste of time…. And what a shame that there is nothing for people who run small businesses…. Like no one even take us into consideration.

Love it. 24 hour chat service which is extremely helpful.
Also cuts down to the chase of what a trainer needs and clients want. 
I absolutely love it. Things are intuitive and adjustable.

I’ve used PTminder with all My clients and my whole PT career. It is a great affordable service and the team is extremely helpful in terms of any issues you might have. Takes time to wrap your head around but once you get the hang of it, it is great.
