## What is PTO & Leave Tracker?

Track your PTO, overtime and pay in one app.

See how much paid time off you have left, log the hours you work and see what those hours earn. Most apps do one of these. This one does all three, on one calendar.

PAID TIME OFF

Custom rules for your job
PTO policies vary by state and by employer, so you enter your own annual allowance and the app tracks it from your hire date: accrued, used and remaining days. Add carryover from last year and any extra days your employer gives you, and your balance stays current.

Built-in statutory rules for Korea, Türkiye, Japan, Germany and the UK are also included if you work there.

• Accrued, used and remaining PTO at a glance
• Expiration dates, with reminders before days are lost
• Full days, half days and hourly leave
• Date ranges that skip weekends, holidays and days already logged
• Carryover, extra days and manual adjustments
• Calendar and full history

OVERTIME

• Log the hours you work beyond your schedule, day by day
• Set your hourly rate and overtime multiplier and watch your overtime pay add up
• Weekly and monthly totals, days worked and absences on one screen

HOURS AND PAY

• Enter your hourly wage and see what your hours earn over the month
• Log the days you work at a daily rate and get the month's total
• PTO, overtime and pay share one calendar, so your month makes sense at a glance

ALSO

• Export your records
• Home Screen widget
• Reminders

A NOTE ON ACCURACY

This is a personal log and calculator, not your employer's payroll or HR system. Your employment contract, company policy and any collective bargaining agreement can change your real PTO and pay. Check with your employer or a qualified professional when it matters.
