## What is PTS Dictate?

PTS Dictate allows PTS' clients (on their IPHONES, IPODS and IPADS) to seamlessly dictate their correspondence and securely upload them to our server via a WiFi or a 3G/4G internet connection.



Key Features:

* Secure user id and password to open and use the App
* Audio file transmission is fully encrypted for maximum security whilst uploading to the PTS server
* Automatic email notifications upon file upload with the ability to turn this off
* Full suite of editing functions - Append, Insert, Overwrite and Partial Delete
* Indexing / Bookmarking
* Attach text (eg patient/referring dr demographics or any specific instructions) to each audio file
* Auto-saves your audio files so that you will never lose your dictations due to unforeseen circumstances such as hardware failure, low memory, low battery, low storage space etc.
* Auto-saves your audio files during a phone call interruption
* Automatic pause of audio recording if no sound detected
* Audio file archiving for a pre-set number of days, after which the files are automatically deleted from the device
* Adjust audio file quality for recordings
* Adjust microphone sensitivity for recordings
* Sleep mode override so that the App is constantly displayed on the screen
* Comprehensive Installation and ‘How To’ user guide

Note: PTS Dictate is free to install and use when you subscribe to our transcription service, however you will require a PTS issued user id and password in order to use it.
