The PTSB app is a secure, fast and easy way to bank on the go. It offers a great range of features to make accessing your money and controlling your finances effortless, giving you the time and peace of mind to get on with your life! I verify my phone number but then nothing happens after that! ### 1/5 — Terrible app, terrible bank *2026-04-08, version 12.10* Just get another bank. No redeeming qualities. ### 3/5 — PTSB app *2025-10-25, version 12.6* It is an app that is easy to use. Support is accessible. I can view my Visa Debit card PIN. I can make transfers securely & safely. Well this week the app refused to move past the login screen. Not exactly user friendly. An app is supposed to compliment the customer experience.
