## What is PTT Filateli?

Türkiye Cumhuriyeti adına posta pullarını çıkarma yetkisi 5584 sayılı yasa ile Kuruluşumuza verilmiştir. Bu esasa bağlı olmak üzere Kuruluşumuz, a- Pul ve filatelik materyal üretimi ve satışı, b- Pul sergileri düzenlenmesi, c- Filatelik damgaların (ilk gün ve özel gün damgaları) hazırlanması ve kullandırılması, d- Filatelinin tanıtılması konularındaki çalışmaları ile filateli hizmetlerini yürütmektedir.

Kuruluşumuz filateli hizmetlerini Şirketimiz bünyesinde bulunan Filateli ve Abone İşleri Şubesi, Başmüdürlüklerimiz birimleri, Başmüdürlüklerimize bağlı PTT Merkezleri ve Filateli Gişeleri ile yürütmektedir.
