pt.Track: Delivery Tracker

This release expands QR-code functionality to support deeper asset lifecycle visibility, while maintaining existing delivery workflows. New & Enhanced: QR-based asset lifecycle transactions – Approved supplier users can now scan QR codes to log asset movements across the full lifecycle, including collection, warehouse handling, activation and other tracked stages. All activity feeds directly into the pt.Track web portal, improving asset visibility and lifecycle reporting. Warehouse-only QR flows – For warehouse use cases, QR scanning now supports simplified in-and-out movements, enabling faster, more accurate stock handling without requiring the full lifecycle flow. Task summary for faster execution – A new QR-based task summary provides a consolidated view of items on hand across active workflows, allowing users to action transactions more quickly and with greater clarity. Proof of Delivery – Proof of Delivery workflows continue to operate as normal, with no changes to existing POD capture or real-time delivery data.
