I send a email with 2 ID verification ( drivers license and passport ) a proof of adresse ( phone bill ) and my 3 last bank statement… after that they ask me again for bank statement because the one I send was in black and white they want it in color.. Weather it is taking ages to close trades that are in profits and then the markets go down before they close. Or in my new situation I have money on my account and track all my trades so I know how much I have left but they think I’m in a negative. Negative £650 but I have tracked all my trades and can confirm I am not in a negative. Service client rapide mais inefficace. Et la goutte d’eau. J’ai effectué un dépôt de 700€ sur un solde négatif. Et là mon compte c’est bloqué car on ne peut pas trader avec un compte négatif. J’ai demandé un remboursement Le service client m’a dit que je serai d’ici 7 jours. Au bout de 7 jours on m’envoie un mail me disant que les remboursement ne peuvent pas être effectué mais que je peux récupérer seulement en credit.
