This is all fake gambling the scratch is fake maybe one win in 50 and even then its low ### 1/5 — Not worth it *2026-01-29* Waste of time, 60% of the time the points don’t register and the app doesn’t give you anything back It’s a complete waste of time and when you chase it up with customer support you get no reply for weeks and then they do nothing even after showing them receipts for payments at their pubs My family and friends have deleted the app, complete waste of time to get $10 off a meal after spending hundreds, that’s IF it registers the purchase. As if, deleted! ### 1/5 — Tragic ! *2025-12-20* Would have to be the worst “reward” pub app out there ! Slow when making transactions at the bar, when you have multiple users in the queue it really slows down business! Often “logged out” or “update required” and the best thing is you don’t really get your rewards! When ever you go to order meal it throws you out of the app and to an online website after you order on that site you don’t receive the coin points for that order. It doesn’t link easily to online booking, it makes me sign in each time. The rewards suck compared to the ease of the pass! I don’t recommend it at all!! Every time you want to use it you will have to log in……again. This means you have to get the verification code……again. And wait till it decides to work……maybe. Meanwhile the queue behind you waiting to order gets longer & longer. Great service……not. 2. IF this verification works you then attempt to actually use the app - when you purchase your meal/drinks. Forget that - as it doesn’t add any points. And that means you can’t enter any of their competitions. 3. Eight of us tonight tried to get this pathetic app to work. None worked as it should have. The old Montys that it replaced was good. It encouraged you to use it. And it had a good vibe. This rubbish app makes you feel you’re being ripped off. Well you ARE being ripped off because it does not do what you are told it will do. I don’t want to use it & don’t have any enticement to go to an ALH pub. Best to go elsewhere where you don’t feel ripped off. I can walk to the ALH pub. Or I can drive 15 mins to another non ALH pub. It’s a clunky app that is a quite annoying user experience. ### 1/5 — Absolutely pathetic “customer service” *2026-06-23* As the administrator for my community club, I’ve been trying to get information from Pub+ “support” on how much has been generated via payments of our members through the Pub+ App for MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. I have raised five separate requests and keep getting immediately acknowledged and then ignored. I have no idea whether my club has received a single cent from this rubbish setup. AVOID signing up if you hold any hope of generating contributions for your organisation. We ordered drinks from Dinah with a bubbly response. Our meals were served quickly , delicious and value for money .
