## What is Pub Quiz?

Pub Quiz is the quiz you already know how to play. Ten questions a round, four answers each, and a score at the end.

SIRI AND SHORTCUTS

"Hey Siri, start a quiz night" opens the host screen with the join code already up, which is the whole point — that moment usually arrives with a drink in one hand. "Start a quiz" begins a round on your own, and "how am I doing in Pub Quiz" reads back your accuracy, rounds played and best survival run. All three are on the Action Button and in Shortcuts, so you can put a quiz night on an automation.

WHEN WE ASK FOR A RATING

We ask at the moment something has actually gone well — after a round you did well in, or a quiz night that ran to its final leaderboard — and never on launch, never from a menu, and never after a round that went badly. At most three times a year, counted by the app rather than left to chance, so those three asks land on moments you might genuinely want to rate. "Not Now" costs you nothing and we will not ask again for months.

If Pub Quiz has given you a good night, a rating helps more than you would think — it is the whole marketing budget of a one-person studio.
