Can’t make an account as the app crashes when it asks to select the language.

Downloaded App, entered details, couldn’t select language then crashed when finished registering. Tried three times, failed on each. Colleague had same issue, couldn’t use bikes.

The idea is good as similar apps exists in other European cities but the execution is definitely the worst ever. You pay a subscription but then most of the times when u try to unlock a bike there red light appears due to operation issues I guess and you cannot unlock it…there’re been many time where I had to walk because I was unable to unlock it- app was done..Do not rely on this …such a pity

Downloaded the app, wanted to sign up. Keeps crashing. When it doesn't it asks to select a language but no selection available. Hot line button doesn't work and the live chat is just an useless bot autoresponse. Swiss efficient? Not these guys 😂 update: now that I'm on WiFi it's working. 🙄 update 2: not receiving an sms with the verification code to sign up. Guess they don't want foreigners to use their bikes.
