A full screen ad to switch to Koodo every time I open the app, then banners at the top that have to be pressed away each time, again advertising Koodo. Porting my number was easy and speeds are the same as with big guys. CAN/US/MEX data included for 1/3 the price and same quality of service is a no brainer! Seul bémol: nous utilisons peu de données et cherchons à garder les abonnements les plus abordables possibles, alors que depuis 2 mois environ, le forfait le moins cher a augmenté de quelques dollars. Avec 4 comptes, ça fait quand même un bonne augmentation et on a pas vraiment besoin de Gigs supplémentaires. The app is much improved now than it was. Good rewards for loyalty and good offers for data. No issues with cell service. Poor CS but hey. Only big issue is the carrier does not provide read notifications for phone voicemail, meaning I will never get a notification of a voicemail. Will have to go to a new carrier. But, when you have a problem there is not customer support. No human. You have to fight with a stupid robot. You can also raise a ticket and hope the monkey that takes your ticket understands your problem. It’s the most unreliable cell reception I’ve ever had in my life. It’s almost easier to just use McDonald’s wifi than my data. Said my phone was esim compatible (it is) took my money, then said its not, and to contact support for refund - their garbage support agent (no human support no matter what you do) asks you to login in an indefinite loop on mobile. I used web to get past it, then all the support links for submitting a ticket it gave me were broken. I have spent over an hour trying to request a refund with no end in site. I was robbed by this broken experience. No service, and no way to pursue refund.
