No matter how many times you try or how close you get to the keypad, there’s a 1 in 5 chance of this app working ### 1/5 — Terrible customer service *2026-08-04, version 2.29.0* The app is riddled with bugs. Constantly have to acknowledge an agreement to sign that I already did. Have to exit out to website then go back into app. Customer service is non existent for tenants. They never answer the phone. Property managers never pick up either. ### 4/5 — Log in issues *2026-08-03, version 2.29.0* Using IOS 26.6, if you are having log-in issues and the Home Screen not loading, I had to turn off VPN. Then the Home Screen and the access screen were able to load up and I was able to enter the building. Hope this helps you as it took me some time to fix the issue just to get my access.
