Impossible to sign up via all methods (app, sms, and web) and no recourse provided in the instructions or faq. Absolute waste of time

It needs a verification code to log in but I’ve never received one no matter how many times I’ve tried.

Build a better product which adds value to us. Over a year since the last update which means no maintenance, no refactoring and no reworking based on feedback. I am having the same error on two devices saying I am not connected to the internet. I am connected and posting this review which is likely result in no improvements. 
Build better that which you release to public.

Really disappointed to see public libraries using this service to offer wifi. It presumes people have a phone number, which excludes many users. Also, for me the app flatly didn’t work, I was never able to connect.

Careful when travelling and using an international number. It has issues sending you a text with login details. Additionally, it appears a text is the only way to login... nice assuming everyone has a phone number? Particularly concerning when you realize that public libraries use this service which limits access to some individuals. Otherwise, the idea is nice.

I downloaded the app, filled in my info on my phone, connected and the was able to get it to work on my laptop as well. No problems so far, worked smoothly.
