My name was randomly changed last year to a male name so then I couldn’t log in. I emailed them to fix the issue and got no resolution. My phone number has now been deleted so I can’t collect point and I can never actually get the app to work. Useless. Literally the most useless app known to man ### 1/5 — App doesn’t work *2026-08-25* Fix the app. It’s doesn’t work! Had to pay extra for dinner coz the app doesn’t work. Can’t sign in or sign up, reset password, nothing. Oops something went wrong.. yeah your app went wrong ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work! *2026-08-07* What a waste of time and effort multiple attempts to sign up using a variety of ways but nothing works. ### 1/5 — Doesn’t work *2026-08-01* After several attempts at logging in and resetting password it comes up with an error. Since then logging into app provides a connection error. Tried to contact support but no one ever responds. Website makes you use the app. Go round in circles. Gave up. ### 1/5 — Terrible *2026-07-01* This app is terrible after multiple attempts of trying to reset password and login it still doesn’t work. Would not recommend downloading this until they fix the bugs. You can’t link your card to your account and it’s a waste of time.
