Will not allow you to login or reset password - both options just end up at a dead end of error messages. DON’T BOTHER wasting your time ### 1/5 — Does not work *2026-03-27* Literally one of the worst apps I've ever used. Sign up does not work, took over 50 tries before it worked. Login does not work, keeps saying something went wrong. Reset password does not work, sends the email But the link is invalid. My name was randomly changed last year to a male name so then I couldn’t log in. I emailed them to fix the issue and got no resolution. My phone number has now been deleted so I can’t collect point and I can never actually get the app to work. Useless. Would not recommend downloading this until they fix the bugs. You can’t link your card to your account and it’s a waste of time.
