The free version is beyond worthless. They hold your files hostage to an infinitely long download process in hopes that you will buy the full version. Won't even show up as an option to use when I need to view a file. Can't open OneDrive can't do anything except be a waste of your resources and time. I opened the file and then discovered that it would cost an additional $10 to convert the file “instantly.” If you don’t pay the ten dollars, it takes 1-1.5 hours to convert your file.
