If I try to use a one time code, I get a screen that says Bad Request. Prescriptions go to the wrong store even when you verify the Publix, it is difficult to determine which prescription is the one you want to fill when there are multiple ones out there, and notifications are vague as to what has been filled. Every time I fill my prescriptions through the app they are never ready at the pharmacy for pick up. I still have to wait in store for half an hour. I have to wait in store whether I fill it in person or request it in the app. The only reason to refill in the app is to avoid waiting around in the store.
