Buggy
Great research app. However, the application will periodically crash when tapping on an article, over and over. Usually it's just the one article that crashes the program.
Json doesn't download
So there's no way to read the data. I deleted, reinstalled, etc, AND no customer support for reporting this. So, 1* cuz it doesn't work.
Registration bug
When I try to register, there is a bug. I inappropriately get asked for a password in a pop-up window as soon as I am done entering my info and click on REGISTER.
No access to articles/Error messages
Loved this app and accessibility to articles. I would read articles while waiting to pick my daughter up from school or when riding in the car. However, since the latest update I haven’t been able to access anything or search anything. I keep getting a pop up message as soon as I open the app that says “JSON could not be serialized because of an error: the data couldn’t be read because it isn’t in the correct format.” Does this happen to anyone else?
I would have originally given 5 stars but since I can’t retrieve anything, even articles I’ve saved, I’ll give it one star until it’s fixed.
