## What is PUCK?

You put a pouch in. Get caught up in something. Suddenly it’s been two hours.

PUCK is a simple nicotine pouch timer for exactly that.

Set your time, start the countdown, and get a reminder when it’s up. Once the pouch is out, tap Remove & log. Went past your timer? Your history keeps the actual time.

Keep the countdown on your Lock Screen or Dynamic Island. Set up your Action Button, Siri, or a widget for a quick start. PUCK includes guides to get you going.

The stats are there when you want them: session lengths, daily totals, and estimated cost. Save your usual pouch details so you don’t have to enter them every time.

Free. No account, ads, or subscription. Your history stays on your iPhone. Export a CSV whenever you want a copy.

Reminders and Live Activities need permission. Quick controls need setup and compatible hardware.

For adults 21+ who already use nicotine pouches. Choose your time using your packaging guidance. PUCK does not recommend a safe duration, measure nicotine absorption, or provide medical advice.
