Not right. Should be able to build them up. So now I have to start over or just delete the game that claims they payout good. Also was supposed to get anew player sign up bonus and didn’t get it either. 🤷🏻‍♀️more than likely this game will be deleted like the rest. Every time it failed. I verified I entered my info several times. It ‘s all correct. I’m given the option to redeem. I click on it. It says success. A few minutes later the money is added back on to the app with no explanation why it failed. I e-mailed the customer service. After 3 days still no response. Save yours rod one time.
