Also lets me know when wifi is lost so I can reconnect. In many ways makes my iPad useable again. However, the current Recaptcha requirements to access websites like Google are proving to be a major inconvenience. Similar to the free version, this app is also very unreliable. It’s very hit or miss often times it goes down and there is very little or no support. For example, I click the support icon when it goes down and it takes me to a page that does not load at all. I was very surprised because if this is a pro version and requires purchase, you would expect more service. it’s definitely the fact that it goes down so often that it makes it such a poor app if not, it works quite fast. ### 1/5 — Waste of money. Puffin avoids all of that. With Puffin, I have been able to download Windows video files I need for class and with no issues, I’m able to put it into a free video converter app and convert it into a more Apple-compatible format, and save it to my Camera Roll. With Safari this is not possible. — Another thing. Flash works so well on Puffin, it is no comparison to Safari. Full-blown Flash sites operate well enough to navigate, but many times on Safari they do not even load at all. PLEASE KEEP PUFFIN ALIVE! SAVE PUFFIN! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE! — Also, one more thing. This app uses barely any data when I’m using my iPhone! I can watch YouTube Live and barely use any data! Even watching regular YouTube uses barely any data. Update: As some of you might know, Apple got in Puffin’s face about how they were doing something cool and noteworthy that took too much spotlight off Apple, and Apple has chosen to keep Puffin out of its walled garden. Until Apple chooses to open its gates to Puffin, Puffin will not return to iOS in the way that it used to be, complete with nearly fully functional flash games on an iOS device.
