I usually get scared going to the gym as a girl, but knowing exactly what to do, how long to rest, all makes me look forward to my lifts 💪💪 the app is also super satisfying, love the design. highly recommend to all the beginner lifters and girlies like me!!

I’ve been using Puffy for several months now and I can honestly say it has transformed my whole gym experience—I’ve 100% got my money’s worth. The app is insanely user friendly and has a really nice design that makes working out pretty fun. I’ve also never progressed this much on my lifts in such a short time, I just hit 275 on bench in a matter of only a few months after being stuck at 235 for years (I’m 6’1 190lbs). Anyways, five stars without a doubt!
