App funktioniert prima, die Vorschläge sind gut und es passt sich sehr schnell deinen Wünschen an. Leider ist die Anmeldung super schlecht gemacht da sich die App sehr oft aufhängt und man sie dann schließen muss und wieder öffnen, manchmal auch deinstallieren und wieder installieren. Es wird einem der Code per email geschickt, tippt man den ein und drückt auf „weiter“ dann passiert nichts oder es lädt nur ohne das was passiert. Trotzdem super App

The women’s pant sizing chart for inseams is wrong. When you click on short it gives the length for tall. Also, I downloaded the app to get 10% off but when I opened the app there was no way of accessing the 10%. The promotions section was blank

Extremely disappointing experience with Pull&Bear.
I ordered on the 4th and my delivery was supposed to arrive on the 16th, but the package never arrived.
Even worse, an item that they didn’t have in stock was never refunded.
Customer service has been unhelpful and provided no real solution.
This seriously makes me question the reliability of this brand.
I would not recommend Pull&Bear.

I saved the app signed up for notification newsletter etc. not received a welcome discount, contacted the customer service, they said it applies to your basket and you need to make sure no other promotion items in your basket, I did that got to payment page, no discount applied.. i had to put back in my promotional items and made my purchase in the end, what a load of nonsense and the most painful first shopping experience. i really liked one of the items that’s why I purchased what I purchased but i am not planning to shop from this website/app again. (lets hope the items fit well as I don’t want to deal with their refund process either knowing they cannot even manage to give the discount code which they promised!!

Absolute horrible business. I requested a return and they did not process it. This multi millionaire business took my money and refused to give it back. Their customer service is horrible too. They are very rude and do not listen to your concerns. Do not order from this business! Do not waste your money either! They will scam you out of your money and blame it on you!

Je trouve que c’est 1 super site il y a de super beau vêtements tendance et accessible à tous ( prix ,taille, mode …) les prix sont corrects et la livraison est très rapide. Je trouve cependant que l’orque que l’approvisionnement se fait , tout part hyper rapidement et si on ne commande pas dans les qlq jours qui suivent il n’y a plus rien ! Dommage car on ne peut plus commander … 
Je trouve qu’ils faudrait rajouter plus de t shirt a motifs . Voilà l’appli est excellente et le l’a recommande fortement pour ses prix et ses articles de qualités : super ! 
Ps: j’ai oublié de dire que l’app livre presque partout
