Enjoying the game BUT PAID FOR  N O  A D S  and STILL have ads.

I paid to have an ad free experience and my payment was processed successfully.  The ads didn’t go away, so I tried again and the message was that I already purchased that. The ads didn’t go away. I didn’t select anything that indicated a video, I selected No Thanks. I want my money back.
