귀찮음이 많은 저에게 딱인 루틴을 제공해줘서 좋습니다. 아침에 한번 밤에 한번 운동하라고 알려주게 하고 쓰는데, 앱만 따라가면 되니까 신경쓸게 별로 없어서 좋네요. 미국 해병대 루틴이니 풀업이 금방 늘 거라 믿어 의심치 않습니다.
